"Aromas of fresh cream and vanilla slice, a whisper of butterscotch and toasty wood then yellow stone fruits of peach and nectarine. Youthful, fresh, vibrant and flavourful on the palate with fruit flavours that reflect the nose laced with baking spices and toasty oak. Some fine wood tannins, medium+ acidity, there are moments of minerality. Balanced though youthful too so okay to cellar through most of 2021 or enjoy from today through 2025" Cameron Douglas MS, Sep 2020

Full malolactic fermentation has added complexity and softness to the wine without creating an overtly buttery style. This has been further enhanced by the use of older oak that
allows the fruit to be expressed without being dominated by smoky aromas. The wine is pale straw gold in the glass with a palate that has a fullness to it which gives it good length, while at the same time finishing quite refreshingly dry. The nose displays aromas of quince, pear and rock melon which are gently supported by a subtle oak background.

The fruit was harvested at maximum flavour as assessed through frequent tasting in the vineyard by the winemaker. It was very gently pressed to avoid harsh phenolic extraction and the juice allowed to cold settle. The clear juice was fermented with a selection of Chardonnay yeast and this was followed by a full malolactic fermentation to add complexity to the palate. The wine has been fermented to dryness with no sugar left in the wine. This provides a refreshingly dry finish that is complemented by the wine’s palate weight and structure. 100% stainless steel fermentation and minor oak contact.

The 2019 Vintage in Waipara, North Canterbury was exceptional. Rainfall in the summer/autumn was only half that of the previous season and it fell at the perfect time for vine health. The lower rainfall meant that disease pressure was greatly reduce, allowing all fruit to be picked in pristine condition. The season in Waipara was also the coolest of any of the major regions in NZ. This coolness has had the effect of enhancing fruit flavours and creating wines of great elegance.

TIKI is committed to sustainable winegrowing and to working with the environment without compromising quality. They care for their vines under the guiding Maori principles of Kaitiakitanga: guardianship, protection and preservation of the earth.

100% Chardonnay by Winemaker Evan Ward.

Food Pairing: Perfect with seafood with rich cream-based sauces or lightly spiced curry.

No casebook connect
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
I ordered a new print version of the textbook to specifically receive the casebook connect code. The book also came wrapped, but when I undid the wrapping and opened the textbook, there was no code. It looks like somebody peeled the code information away as the cover has some yellowing, which I imagine is due to glue residue. I’m incredibly disappointed and now I need to purchase the code in addition to the $220 I spent on this textbook.

Readable
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
Not at all what I would consider “Very Good” condition, as the book was described. Pretty disappointed to be honest, considering I paid over $100 for this. It’s beaten up, torn, and dirty, but it’s readable.

Not as listed!
Format: Hardcover
I paid nearly 300 dollars for this book and it was not as listed. I bought this because it was listed as new, but the book arrived with a broken binding, highlighting and writing throughout the pages, and the course ecode was already used. Unfortunately, I cannot use it for my studies.

Coverage lined up nearly perfectly with my fed courts class
Format: Paperback
Almost every case we covered in class and definitely every concept is covered, and explained helpfully, in this E&E. The problems are helpful, too.

Great Federal Courts supplement
Format: Paperback
This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
